THE URBAN TRANSLATOR SAYS,
I hear and understand where Cook County Commissioner Boykins, Toure Muhammad and Mayor Rahm Emanuel are coming from, but the one thing in my opinion that I feel that's missing is what I've been saying for years:

It's time for all concerned African-American men, whether you are a police officer, firefighter , elected or appointed official, ex-felon, former gang member, gang member, employed or un-employed, church leader or church member to stand together UNITED IN PEACE against SENSELESS SHOOTINGS AND KILLINGS of AFRICAN-AMERICANS by anybody especially another AFRICAN-AMERICAN.

We have to do this on a weekday downtown at 12:00 noon after the last day of school. The law is already in place to label those criminals as Urban Terrorists. We, the Willing, have to stand so that people will know that We are not the Terrorists and that We too are against those who will shoot and kill our babies, women and elders.

I see hundreds of African-American men downtown at noon time everyday. If we just stood together for 20 minutes It would be a powerful statement, because everyone would know that we mean business. So when you hear the date, just come and stand!
