"It was brought to my attention that Father Pfleger endorsed Lori Lightfoot. So I sent him this text below:
Father I agree with your voicemail message , please call me we are all entitled to our opinions, so Sir help me understand why you endorsed Lori over Toni when I'm sure you know that Lori has never stood with the people of Chicago especially African-Americans on issues like Police Torture, Laquan McDonald , the Wrongfully Convicted just to name a few , when did she become concerned about affordable housing, where was she the Black Friday when we marched downtown. Toni was there walking with us on those issues.

Brother I'm reaching out to you not just because I believe in your voicemail message but because we both are entitled to our opinions respectfully."

Pritzker to remain neutral in mayoral race: ‘My intention is to stay out’

"If either of the two mayoral candidates facing off in the April runoff was hoping for a little endorsement bump from the state’s governor, they can both forget about it.

Gov. J.B. Pritzker said Thursday that he plans to vote in the mayoral runoff election between Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and Lori Lightfoot, former head of the Chicago Police Board, but he will stay publicly neutral, as he did in the campaign leading up to Tuesday’s first round election."

"I said this: JB can not be neutral in this race because Cook County Board President/Chairman of the Cook County Board President stood with him and Lori didn’t. I’m of the opinion that they and other leaders ( Spiritual,Elected/ appointed, Business and community) are confusing voters. Everyone of them that’s supporting Lori opening or by staying neutral know that Lori has done nothing compared to what Toni has done even on her worst day, to better Chicago especially in the African American Community.
